The Australian Payments Clearing Association has launched a new website to help Australians protect their personal identification numbers (PINs) from thieves who target EFTPOS and ATM machines with hidden devices. You can protect your PIN with three simple rules: cover the key pad with your spare hand when typing your PIN number; don't let anyone else know your PIN; and don't write your PIN down for anyone to find.
